Where to eat in Epcot?

Where is your favorite place to eat in Epcot? We have been to LeCellier which we liked but is simular to what we normally eat (steak). I would like to try something a little different for dinner. It will be myself, dh, ds8,ds5, (m-i-l & f-i-l their 1st time to Disney) Any suggestions? Thanks.

Our family has made Marrakesh a must eat stop on every trip.

I'd recommend the Rose & Crown at the UK pavillion & the Garden Grill. I've dined at Coral Reef and it was ok. The food was a little pricy, but the atmosphere is great.

I would also strongly recommend Spoodle's at the Boardwalk (EXCELLENT!!), the Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht Club and Beaches & Cream at the Beach Club. The last one is much more casual, but I think the kids (& in-laws) would enjoy the old-fasioned ice cream parlor look to it. If everyone is big ice cream eaters, maybe you all could split the "Kitchen Sink" one day. The looks on the kids (& in-laws) faces should be classic!

Where to eat in Epcot? reply: Where do I start?

We have eaten at almost every restaurant in Epcot except for Rose and Crown. On our most recent visit we ate at Coral reef and were pleasantly surprised. Not only was the food very good, but the desserts were phenomenal and the view of the aquarium was pretty amazing! Marrakesh was also excellent and they had great entertainment. While I thoroughly enjoy Japanese food, the restaurant in Epcot is too much like the typical Bennihana's.

Thanks for the advice. What do u eat at Marrakesh? I have never tried anything like this. Do they have a childrens menu?

I had lobster bisque followed by pan-searded shrimp. My dessert was especially rich with tons of chocolate. It is called the chocolate wave.

Hey...wait JNL... we posted on the other board too!!!

We are going at the same time....we've always liked the Biergarten...a relaxed atmosphere and a buffet. I'm not big on buffets but it was o.k.

We also like the Rose and Crown for fish and chips.

This year we are trying the Teppanyaki in Japan which I recommend as something fun and different and the food is supposed to be good.

We've had hit and miss at the Italian place ..so I wouldn't recommend it too highly.
