Hi everyone! DH and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary in Aug. We have finally decided to stay at WL and booked our trip over the weekend!!!!! We got the dining plan, so now it's time to figure out where to eat! We want to eat somewhere nice on our anniversary, but we really don't want to fork out the extra money for V&A. Any suggestions? The other nights we just want to try places with good food and no characters. (We dine at almost all character meals when we are there with our kids, so we want a break from them this trip!) We are looking for grownup food, a nice atmosphere, and fun!!!! Can be at a resort, or in the parks, we don't care. Just looking to try some new places. Looking forward to reading your ideas......Thanks!!!

I've actually spent much time considering this topic while I've planned & scheduled our 7 character meals for our upcoming trip. :teeth:

And, if I were celebrating our anniversary at WDW w/o kids, I'd want to dine at the following restaurants:

Arrival Night - California Grill timed w/ Wishes
1st MK Day - Lunch at the Plaza, Dinner at Artist Point (I'd also try to schedule a carriage ride for this night)
2nd MK Day - Dinner at CRT (for our actual anniversary dinner)
1st Epcot Day - Lunch at Chefs De France, Dinner at Coral Reef
2nd Epcot Day - Dinner at either San Angel Inn or Le Cellier
MGM Day - Lunch at Sci-Fi, Dinner at Brown Derby
AK Day - Lunch at Flame Tree, Dinner at Jiko
Water Park/Disney Quest Day - Dinner at a DTD or Boardwalk restaurant (maybe Flying Fish Cafe)
Last Night - Dinner at Narcoose's timed w/ Wishes
Departure Morning - Breakfast at Grand Floridian Cafe, Lunch at Earl of Sandwich

(I'd have to stay 9 nights to get all that in! :lmao: )

Yep, I think that would do it! :teeth:

But, seriously, if I were celebrating our anniversary, my "must-do's" would be - Artist Point, California Grill, & Narcoose's. (And I'd try like mad to fit in all those other restaurants somewhere!)

And our actual anniversary dinner would have to be at CRT.

I would go for Narcoose's for your anniversary. :thumbsup2 Also, get in Le Cellier.

We're going for our 5th aniversery in August. We decided to wait for Victoria's and Albert's for our 10th, but for this one I think we have some nice picks if any appeal to you.

1 TS meals: Boma, Coral Reef, Spoodles, & Le Cellier
2 TS meals: Jiko & Flying Fish
Out of pocket but normall 2 TS: Cinderella's Castle during Wishes (for our actual aniversery)

We also looked at Citricos and Artist Point and will likely try one or both of them when we are there in December. Staying at WL Artist Point might be nice since it is in your hotel so fairly easy to get to and the food is supose to be really good.

We didn't want to do character meals so tried to chose non-character meals since we figure when we have kids we'll get enough of them then. All of our choices were chosen because they seemed like places that were semi romantic (at least most of them) and more adult themed.
