Where to eat Disney spring Easter

Hey all!
We just moved to Florida, and we want to drive to Disney springs for the morning/afternoon tomorrow. What are the odds we can wake up somewhere for lunch? Best brunch/lunch spots?
it was a last minute decision, so I’m hoping we’ll have some fun. Will have two kids 11 &7 with us!

This is one of the busiest times of the year, during a holiday weekend and spring break. Look online for a reservation, or you might be very disappointed. Good luck, and welcome to the DIS.

Personally, I don‘t think trying for walk up seating on one of the busiest days of the year sounds like much fun. You can look at the reservation page on the Disney website or try Open Table to give you some idea of what’s available. I know some places are pretty fully booked normally & might not have walk up available with out long waits. Can’t imagine it will be better on a holiday. Are you OK eating counter service if you cant get a walk up seating?

We are totally fine with counter service! Hoping to be able to eat outside anyhow, so it wouldn’t be a big deal. We don’t celebrate Easter, so no need for a fancy meal.
Is it that busy with covid and early am? We planned to get there right at opening. I haven’t been to Disney in over 10 years, and wanted a fix before getting back to a park!

Polite Pig has solid food, Earl of Sandwich is another choice that doesn't disappoint. We had amazing tuna bowls at Ye Sake (I think that was the name)
