Here are my dining selections so far:

Narcoossee's - dinner
CP - dinner
50's PT - dinner
HDDR
Some type of breakfast. Off morning, and I haven't decided where yet. We would like to do a resort restaurant, and I am leaning toward CM. Suggestions?
O'hanna's - dinner
LeCellier - dinner

We will be going 11/24 - 12/1

The reason I am leaning toward CM is because that would have us visiting the Contemporary to see the Christmas decorations. However, this isn't a must. We will probably spend the morning resort hopping anyway, just to see everything. We have plenty of time on our tickets to eat in the parks if we wanted, so that is also an option.

I think some of the prettiest Christmas decorations are at the Beach Club and Boardwalk. You could eat at Cape May, if you want a character meal, or Spoodles. It is just a short walk around the lake if you decided to visit both.

We did Spoodles for breakfast and didn't care much for it.

However, we loved Kona Cafe for breakfast. Boma is also supposed to be good for a non-character breakfast buffet. I tend to avoid the character meals now, but we did the Princess one at Akershaus last year.

In October I have a couple of breakfast options written down: Kona Cafe, WCC, and Olivias (we are staying at OKW). I figured I had to try WCC because of the breakfast skillet and the biscuits 'n sausage gravy! mmm...

Anyway, just thought I'd throw out a few ideas that I had for our trip.

What about Boma for breakfast? You can spend some time checking out the AKL and the animals there too..

Whispering Canyon Cafe has a great breakfast....and I have heard that the decorations at the Wilderness Lodge are breathtaking during the holidays!

Have a great trip! I am so jealous!!! :wave2:

Whispering Canyon is a must for us for breakfast. And Wilderness Lodge is amazing for xmas decorations.

We are going to O'Hana for our character breakfast

Hoop de Doo Review - A must too

And I think we will try Boma for Breakfast as well.

During the lights at MGM we would go to dinner somewhere there before going and walking through that. Only a suggestion.

For Christmas decorations and good food I would go to Whispering Canyon Cafe at WL, Grand Floridian Cafe (GF) or 1900 Park Fare at the GF. 1900 Park Fare is a buffet character breakfast.

If you want a great breakfast try Fresh at the Dolphin, and I hear they have the lobby decorated beautifully.

We also like Kona Cafe at Poly or Spoodles at the Boardwalk for breakfast.

Thanks for the replies everyone! How ya doing Kel?

It seems like you are almost un-Disney if you don't do CM's, so maybe it was the sentimentality getting to me. I keep coming back to it, but there are so many other places that I am more interested in, so I think I will tamp down that urge. I am torn now between Cape May and WCC. I would LOVE Boma's, but the family has nixed that. They are convinced they will eat bugs. (I know, I know, but showing them the menu, etc. hasn't worked. They would cause so much fuss about it, it isn't worth trying to force the issue) We are doing 50's PT at MGM, so that is taken care of. Gosh, if all my decisions were only this hard, right?

Crystal Palace in MK is great for breakfast...plus you get Pooh too! Fresh fruit, made to order omelets, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, muffins, and really, really, awesome french toast ...they are like a mini baguette or something, very good! Plus, I think CP is a really pretty building.
