Not a lot was open really early but if you can wait a little later Homecoming is good or there is quick stuff like Joffrey and Star Bucks. You can also take a free boat from there and get breakfast at Olivia’s at Old Key West resort.

Disney Springs doesn’t open until 10am… thus you won’t be able to eat there for breakfast. Brunch options on some days may be available at selected restaurants.

Earl of Sandwich opens daily at 9am and offers a variety of breakfast options if you’re looking for something quick and casual.

There is the Everglazed donut place - they open early and make these big, fancy donuts with toppings:



The donuts are large and really good! I've had that Fruity Pebbles one. I ate it while in line for Gideons. Nothing like starting your day off right with a balanced breakfast!
