where to eat before fireworks

Thinking of booking a boat either at epcot or MK to watch fireworks. Please help
1. Which park should we choose?
2. which restaurant in each park for a meal prior to sailing?
If we do not get a ps which restaurants can you see the fireworks from best in each park?

Will be down in the World 04/26 - 05/05 and our first night there we booked an Illuminations Cruise which leaves the Boardwalk Marina at 8:30 pm. We have a PS for 6:00 pm at Cape May Cafe befor the cruise - which is located at the Yacht and Beach Club. I heard the seafood buffet is awesome and also includes plenty of choice for someone who might not like seafood. I figure by the time we eat we'll have a little time to check out the Boardwalk before we have to meet the captain for our cruise.

We are so psyched - can't wait to get there!!
