Where to eat at AK, now that our favorite Tusker House is changing?

We always eat at Flametree. It is really good. DH gets the ribs and I always get the chicken.

I'm really disappointed about TH closing. We never ate there and I was really looking forward to the salmon on this trip. Sadly that will never happen.

does anyone have suggestions for where to eat breakfast at DAK? i'm really sad that they are changing tusker house. my family would go get on kilmojara and then afterwards hop over to tusker (by this time we're usually starving since we don't like eating at disney hotels in the morning- too many people with the same common goal of eating as quickly as possible and getting out of there). we all agree that this tends to be one of the best breakfasts that we have on vacation cause we want hot food that isn't mcdonalds. it's such a great place since most people don't realize that it's open before lunch so it's a good quite sit down where we can figure out the game plan for the rest of the day. we don't like character dining (or buffets cause it's a waste of money) so now we have a problem
