Hi all, adult DD and I will be in WDW Oct 17-22 and DTD bars will be closed...any suggestions as to where to get a drink after we go to Cirque du soleil?

I was born in Ireland, came to Canada as a baby.and love all things Irish...grew up with the Irish Rovers performing live sometimes in our living room (relative of neighbours) but my DD is not keen on Irish Music ,

.......thanks for suggestion.:goodvibes

Pls keep ideas comin......

Just about all the hotels (moderate & higher) have a lounge. You might also consider the ESPN Club at the Boardwalk.

How about Raglan Road?

RR would be my pick as well. And, if its on your tab, I'd say DD would have to suck it up for the one drink!!

How late will it be when the show ends? Captain Jack's in the Marketplace has a bar inside the restaurant - and also a smaller bar outside. Great margaritas!!!!

Planet Hollywood has a good drink menu, and the atmosphere is very entergetic!

Raglan Road rocks and rolls!! Seriously, best beer on property and the mead is something to be hailed too.:goodvibes

What about Jelly Rolls on the boardwalk? :) It's not in DTD but You and your daughter would have a fun time:)

Thanks everyone for ideas.....I guess there are a few good places....thanks for help:goodvibes appreciate all the help......although I would like to visit RR my DD is actually paying for the drinks so I would like to pick somewhere we both would like....

I am thinking a few drinks at a few places:banana:

Raglan Road has a couple of outside bars that would be away from the music, I think you can barely hear it there.

There is also the sosa cigar bar across the street from RR. This is probably not the best choice for OP and DD, but just wanting remind everyone that it is still there. A very cool under-lit bar too.

Also, the downtown disney hotels all have bars, but it is quite a hike from the west side. The Hilton's is open in the lobby and pretty much non-descript, the one at the regal sun (grosservor) is a bit more cut off from the lobby, but I think they are too far to go. At that point you'd probably be better off going back to your hotel bar.

you can bar hop from House of Blues to Bongos to Wolfgang Puck to Raglan Road to Portobello to Fulton's...I'm not sure if PH has a bar. Then you can go over to Cap'n Jack's Margarita bar and sit out by the water.
Or you could take the boat to POR or POFQ; both of their lounges have live entertainment some/most nights.

Thankyou so much to all for great ideas...I didn't know there that many bars around...great......and I loove margaritas!!!.....
Cool....
