Where to collect DDE card?

I spoke to DDE and apparently there was some mix up and although my card was processed in October it hasn't been mailed out.

They said i need to pick it up at guest relations at Epcot. I haven't been to WDW for a few years and I can't remember where guest relations is. Will I have to go inside the park? Can i park nearby quite easily? Thank you.

You don't have to go into the park. Guest Relations is all the way on the right side at the entrance. You shouldn't have any problems finding it. Never more than a couple people in line also. I think there is parking available near there but I'm not sure.

If you ride a bus from a resort, you will walk right past it when you arrive at Epcot. If you ride the monorail, you will descend from the ramp right near Guest Services. If you ever had to pick up the Candlelight Processional Package, that was the same place.
