Where to catch the Pats game on Sunday?

Hi!! DH & I and friends are arriving Saturday for a week o' fun at our favorite "world"!!

My DH & his friend want to watch the Pats game and are hoping to be able to squeeze in to the ESPN club to do so. My question is, with the crowds that are expected, if they cannot get into the ESPN club, where else can they go to catch the game? I want to be able to give them a back up plan in advance so they're not disappointed.

The All Star Cafe is a good place to go also. It's located in the Wide World of Sports.

FYI the only bus service from the WWOS is from the Disney Studios. We came across the bus stop as we walked from the Studios to the Boardwalk. From the park entrance walk towards the parking lot with the water on your left. You will see several benches and signposts. One of these is the bus stop for the WWOS bus.

There are a lot of Patriots fans at Disney World. ESPN would definately be the best place to be. The Pat's are on at 1 PM and the Red Sox start at 2. ESPN would have both games on at the same time. Any other place would only have one game on. Get there about 2 hours early and you should have good seats. Think of it as a tailgate party, inside.

ESPN is very good about letting you stay at the table as long as you want. It should be rocking with Patriots and Red Sox Yankees. Have fun.

There's a DIS Meets board.

The DIS meet isn't until Sunday @ Fire and Ice ( I think !!).You can get all the info for the meet if go to the DIS discussion forums page, go all the way down to the bottom, its around there. Hope this info helps, or makes sence! If you go ,have fun! I'll be camping up in Maine !

Are you sure that All Star Cafe wouldn't have both games on? I seem to recall the entire restaurant being surrounded by big screen tv's. I'm not trying to start an argument, I just wanted the op to have another option if possible since I know sometimes ESPN can be impossible to get into.

If you do have to wait in line at ESPN, they have TV's set up outside to watch the game while you're waiting.

Just a word of warning about ESPN - that place gets PACKED during games and it'll be really packed this Sunday with every Pats, Red Sox and Yankee fan in WDW. Plan on getting there early if you want a seat!

Hope you have better luck finding your way out of there than we did. If you're like us, you'll be there for hockey season!!!! We found the middle but then couldn't find the way out for ages!!! Have fun.
