Where to buy your own wedding dress steamer?

I remember someone mentioning a while back that there was a garmet steamer for $20 that you can use to steam your own wedding dress...does anyone know where to buy that? I'm considering bringing my own steamer to steam out the few minor wrinkles that happen during transport. We're within driving distance so I'm not too worried about my dress getting overly wrinkled (which is why I don't want to hire someone to steam it for me). Has anyone else steamed their own dress? Which steamer did you use?
