Where to buy/refill mugs at BWV??

I've never stayed at BWV but I'm giving my sister a room there next week and she was interested in the refillable mugs. So where can you buy and refill the mugs? BW bakery? Pool bar? anywhere else?

Aside from the BW Bakery and the pool bar, you can also refill at the Spoodles pizza window and, I think, at the Bellevue Room in the Inn (which is not always open).

I so wish they would get their act together over there and put in a refill location like the new one at BCV. I think they could convert that Dundee's Sundries place in the lobby into a "Marketplace"-type thing. Maybe they'd need to expand it a bit, but I think it'd be the perfect location.
