where to buy MVMCP tickets in advance?

Where do I buy MVMCP tickets in advance when they go on sale in April? Can I buy them at the Disney Store? Is it worth it to buy them in advance or wait until we arrive? Also, if we go the second week in December what would be the least crowded night to attend? I was thinking maybe Wednesday night. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I bought my Halloween tickets through Disney directly when they went on sale late April. I think the MVMCP were a few weeks after that. I think a Wed. in the middle of Dec. would be a perfect time to go crowd wise.

Here's a link to Disney's site.It will say Special Events when those tickets are on sale.Right now there is no Special Events area except for some sporting stuff.

I'd buy them in advance so you have one less thing to think about once you're on vacation.
A weeknight would be the best time to go IMHO too!

Word of caution - they are non-refundable. Nights do not sellout until November, then usually only Friday nights. We go on Sunday or Tuesday and I buy my tickets when we get to WDW. That way I can pick the night with the best weather. My Mom is not in good health so there's always a chance we will not go, which is another reason I don't buy them in advance. If you are 100% sure you are going, then buy them when they go on sale but if it's the least bit "iffy" I would wait until the fall. I just mention it because there are always posts on this board where people have bought tickets & then their plans changed for one reason or another and then they are trying to get rid of them.
