We are staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Is there any sort of convenience store/drug store within walking distance where we can pick up some snacks?

There's a lot of convenience stores in the area. However, the best selection would be at the corner of Harbor and Katella. There's a CVS, Walgreen's (I think), 7-11, and ABC Mart all right there in a cluster.

I agree the Walgreens or CVS will have the best selection. If we are staying at the crosswalk and want snacks and a case of water, we usually walk there and get an Uber or Lyft back. The walk isn't bad, but when you're carrying a case of water it can feel longer than it is.

There is also a small mini-mart at the Tropicana (a few motels down) that has a limited supply of items.

Just a quick update: the ABC Mart is now the A Mart. Same store, same owner, same staff. Just a different sign and still right between the 7-11 and the Candy Cane Inn. So don't anyone be confused if you don't see the same name. Between the 4 stores at the Katella and Harbor intersection, there's a very good chance you'll find what you're looking for. If you want more than just snacks, there is a Target about a mile south of the parks on Harbor. And people use Amazon Prime/Pantry/Fresh/etc. and Vons.com for grocery deliveries to their hotels.

OP, don't want to hijack your thread, but am also wondering if there are grocery delivery services that deliver to vacation rentals near Disneyland?

Do any of these places sell fresh fruit?

What about the best place to get beer/liquor in a one stop? We'll be staying on property.
A Mart and 7-11 sell alcohol. There is a liquor store in the strip mall on Harbor right across the street from the 7-11.
ETA: if you like craft beers, the Anaheim Brewery is next door (across the parking lot) to the Anaheim Packing District -- about 10 minutes from the parks. Also, the Bruery is in Placentia, about 20 minutes north of the parks by freeway.

I've seen fresh fruit for sale at CVS, like apples and bananas.

For those that prefer a delivery service, we ordered from Prime Now last week. They delivered to bell services at VGC and my DH ran down to pick it up. It was super easy, and I recommend the service highly.
