Where to activate annual passes

We are arriving at BWV early before MGM opens and we plan to visit there first. Where can we activate the passes either at the resort or park?

When you go to MGM, visit the guest relations office and they will be able to activate your tickets, actually trade in your vouchers for actual tickets that you can then use to enter the parks. Have a great trip!

Guest relations is open earlier than the parks. We did this last year, getting to MGM about 8:20, activating our passes and were still first in line in front of an uncovered and unmanned turnstile. At 9:00, all the uncovered turnstiles were manned and we were one of the first people in the park. It was quick and easy, just needed a driver's license to give name and address.
