Hi wonderful dining board, I'm in need of some assistance. I'm a disney veteran with many trips under my belt. However, this time I'm going with a good friend in October, and for a wedding. I've never been in the fall before so I don't know for sure what the crowds and dining availability will be like, and the wedding schedule is a little in the air, with the wedding being on Saturday night, plus we have MNSSHP tickets for Sunday night. Both my friend and I like all food, and are on the dining plan. We get in late on Thursday night and leave in the evening on Monday, basically will be eating all meals F-Sun and breakfast and lunch on Monday. We can't decide whether to do sitdown lunches or breakfasts, mix it up, etc. Any suggestions? favorites? recommendations? What all goes on at Food & Wine? We are planning on going to Epcot on Friday. TIA!

If you want to do any character meals, I'd call as soon as you can and see what's available and then make your plans based on that. You can check out all the restaurants and menus by doing a Google search, too, to remind yourself of all the choices. Since you've been before, maybe you already have some "must do" places in mind, so try to get reservations for them when you call.

Personally, I would mix up the table services. I prefer to do a lot of them for lunch since you tend to eat more at table service than you do at counter service, but I'd probably plan a character breakfast or dinner. And, since you're planning on leaving Monday after lunch and the dining plan will contain X number of table service meals, perhaps you could use 2 table services at one of the signature dining places. That might be extra special since you're going there for a wedding.

I've never done food and wine, so can't help there, but I will say that my "can't miss" places include Le Cellier at EPCOT, and Liberty Tree Tavern's character dinner at MK. They will be closing LTT's character dinner, so if you like it and want to do it one last time, try to schedule that.

Congratulations to the happy couple, and have a wonderful time at Disney! I think the weather in October will be very nice, but not sure about crowds because things have changed over the years. Maybe someone else can jump on here and provide some insight. :)

Sit down breakfast at Kona Cafe eating Tonga Toast is really good.
Epcot I would est at Teppan Edo,Tutto or Coral Reef.
Have a nice trip!

Kona's Tonga Toast is my favorite food, but my friend really wants to do the Stitch Breakfast, so I may have to run to Captain Cooke's and get a piece for myself. I am thinking about trying Coral Reef!
