Where should I try to Eat Xmas dinner?

Hi. Im leaving on the 24th, staying at OKW, travelling just me during the holidays-I have been swamped @ work & have not had the time to make any PS for meals, I do have a PS for a Character breakfast next week. Any suggestions on where I should try to eat Xmas dinner? I will be using Disney transportation. this i my 1st time travelling to Disney on my own during the holidays-but have been lots of times with my X & children (now adults) Im kinda worried, that i wont be able to have a sit down dinner for Christmas. thanks Val PS I do have an AP for the parks.

Surprisingly, on Sunday the 26th I had no problems making a ps for Le Cellier for lunch

I know someone who called last week for Christmas Dinner. She got Sci Fi Drive in and was told it was the absolute only place left for that day. Being a solo traveler maybe they can fit you in somewhere though. Good luck!

I think you're going to find it tough to get a last-minute Christmas PS, and even tougher to be a "walk up." Your best bet is going to be at buffets -- places like Boma at DAK Lodge. People tend to cycle in and out of those restaurants a bit more quickly. I wouldn't try to eat at a sit-down restaurant in the parks on Christmas Day. I just don't think you'll find anything available. Last year, I was working crowd control in Epcot on Christmas, and the only place in the entire park that had any seats was Morocco, and that's only because a party of ten cancelled at the last minute.

You'll have better luck at the resorts, but you'll want to try and eat at an "odd" time -- try the very last seating for lunch, for example, or a very late dinner.

May try the German place in Epcot - it is a buffet but you are seated with other people - 8 to a table I think. Maybe there would be more of a chance of a single fitting in there. I don't remember the name of the place - Biergarten maybe?? It was a fantastic buffet - we ate there Dec 6 and it was one of our favorite buffets. Hope you have a wonderful disney Christmas!

Gullivers which is located in the Swan Hotel is serving a traditional christmas buffet on the 25th. That is where we are going to eat.

I just cancelled the CA. Grill a couple of days ago, so there is cancelling going on. call and see what they come up with.

If you have not gotten PS by now, you may not have much choice in where you eat. Call immediately and see what may still be available!
