before I cast my vote...

(Can you tell I have a Political Science degree???;))

Did you want to spend Christmas Day at MK?
OR would you prefer just hanging out at the GF?
Or would you like to have a "let's explore some other resorts" kind of day?
Or would you like to expereince Christmas traditions from other countries?

OR, are you like me, and LOVE hanging out in pj's on Christmas day?(In that case, you just gotta get room service...Victoria doesn't like her flannel secret out there for everyone to see;))

Otherwise, I'd like the Castle:)

but I haven't voted yet:):)

LOL!

Since we will be flying in on Christmas Day, we can't stay in our PJ's!LOL

And with AC changing the flight times all the time:rolleyes: who knows what time we will get there? And if it is late in the day, maybe the only way we will get into MK is with a PS.

Then there is the would love to explore GF and see the Water Pageant later that evening since this may be the only time we ever stay there.......but then we are at the BCV for the rest of the week........

I am sooooooo confused!

HELP!

before I decide what you should do.

;););)LOL!

How many days are you at the GF? Do you REALLYYYYY want to do MK on Christmas Day?

I understand the "we're at WDW, on Christmas, what better place to celebrate than Cindy's" feeling...

BUT!:)

The GF is going to be beautiful...Narcoosees' will be spectacular...

BUT!!!!:)
Make a PS for the MK...if you don't you'll be sitting at the GF saying "Why didn't we go"

I think I'm ready to vote:)

Janet,

I voted for other but didn't know where to state it, so I would choose Ohana's because you are having Christmas in the sun so it would seem appropriate to me to have it in Hawaii with all your "cousins"., then you could still see the water pageant from the beach and if there are fireworks at MK that night then you could see them too.

Malakaliki, laki is the thing they say on a bright Hawaiian Christmas Day!!:sunny:

Hi Janet,

I voted for the castle, too. Only because if I had the chance to be at WDW for Christmas Day, I'd want to soak up all the magic around me at MK!

You're so lucky - you and Tanya will have a Christmas to remember!

I'm voting for Narcoossees. I've never eaten there yet but it's on my "wish" list.

You would have an excellent view of EWP and Wishes.

I've watched Wishes from the GF dock a few times now and thought Narcoossees would be perfect.

Also, I love the decorations at the GF at Christmastime!

We are only spending the one night at GF.

And since it's been my dream to stay there, ;) even though I told Tanya it was her's!LOL

I am so confused, that's why I put this question to you guys!LOL

Will it be too crowded at MK?

I want to surprise Tanya with the Slipper and the Bones but have that even sent to the room!

Susan ~ would love to do Ohana's but Tanya was not impressed last year. No Steakie!LOL

Keep those ideas coming! and votes!

In your room order room service and sit on the balcony and watch the fireworks at Epcot. You could also go to the Flying Fish over on the boardwalk.

If you are only spending one night at GF then I suggest you spend the time there so you are not "wasting" your money. Not that spending CHristmas in MK is wasting but you know what I mean! Enjoy the small amount of time you have there. :p

You mean the rooms at GF have Balconies?

I have a Garden View only, and this will have a balcony?

Tanya wants to do ESPN once we move over to BCV! This is when I plan to stay on a Balcony and Relax!

But to be at the World and not be at MK for Xmas!

AAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!

In case anybody is interested .............

I have decided since there is no guarantee that we will be allowed to enter MK on Christmas Day even with a PS and since I will have to pay for the Christmas Dinner whether they allow us in or not...........

I have decided to Treat Myself!

I am going to try to get Victoria and Alberts!

Chef Table is unavailable, I've already checked!LOL

Tanya's gonna kill me but so what!

Merry Christmas!

What a terrific Christmas dinner plan!

You get a wonderful meal and enjoy the beauty of the Grand Floridian without the crowds at the Magic Kingdom.

? though - I thought you were guaranteed admission to the Theme Parks if you were a resort guest, and especially with a PS. (Not that you probably want to if park is at "capacity!!)

Merry Christmas to you!

Arlene

YUM!

Are you going to do the wine pairing as well??
We are...I figure, "in for a penny...in for a drink..oops, pound";)

Good choice Scratch!!

Someday we will go to Disney for Christmas as well. But it will be for a week before and a week after. First week for parks, second for resort relaxing. Gotta save more points, or is that buy more points.:earseek:

Arlene ~ there is no guarantee of entrance, I phoned and asked. They have a tier system but if everybody shows up there~

M ~ Since I won't have to drive ;) and it being Christmas!LOL

S ~ That's save for more points!LOL

I'm waiting for the Contemporary DVC!LOL
