Where, oh where to eat at Epcot?

We're having one TS dinner at Epcot (one credit on DDP.) We've done Akershus and GG and we're ready to try something different. DH, DD(8) and myself are pretty adventurous. I have an ADR booked at Biergarten, but I'm not that into German food. So...what is your choice for best food and best overall ambience/dining experience? TIA

Via Napoli is my favorite. I'm not a pizza eater at all but I could eat theirs pretty much every day. It's not adventurous but it is really good. They also have many other things other than pizza too but I haven't tried much of anything else. It's a beautiful restaurant too with a big open kitchen.

We enjoy Teppan Edo. It's entertaining, especially for kids. Food is good too. San Angel has a nice ambiance but food is just meh.

Marrakesh - hands down the most unique TS experience in Epcot. :thumbsup2

Lovely staff, genuine traditional serving (from the order the dishes come in to the pouring of the mint tea afterwards). :goodvibes

And there's usually live entertainment too, not noisy at all but adds to the overall ambience, and their jam session is usually topped off with a traditional belly dancer.

And trust me
- that's traditional and classy dancing, not "exotic dancing", very nice and family friendly entertainment! :wizard:

So for an "adventurous" dining experience, you don't get further away from burgers and hot dogs than this! :teeth:

:tinker:

We liked Marrakesh, and they have normal food for the kiddos. Kids usually like Teppan Edo too; however, we didn't really enjoy the food.

Biergarten. Love the food, the band, and the dancing. I love Via Napoli too, but Biergarten is a better use of dining credits.

I tend to overlook Biergarten, probably because Germany is right across the Baltic from here. :jester:

But I can see why it's different in style from the usual American cuisine. :goodvibes

Can I put in a plug for the much maligned Coral Reef? We love it there.

We're also big le Cellier fans, although it's 2 credits on the DDP. We'll simply pay OOP for one of our 2 character breakfasts.

We really like Biergarten but I can understand your hesitation. Among our favorites at Epcot and reasons why(but dont discount Biergarten completely, the show, the food, the atmosphere are all very good, IMO)San Angel Inn has been a staple go to since our 2nd trip. The food isnt your typical Tex Mex style. Its more authentic, the atmosphere is the best on property IMO. Rose N Crown food is very tasty and similar to what we experienced in pubs during an England trip. Via Napoli Piccante Pizza is the main draw for us at this place. Overall, not impressed by ANY italian style foods on property, but this particular pizza will bring us into VN. And last, but not least, Nine Dragons. The Honey Sesame Chicken is a specialty dish for ND.

we done teppan edo last year and loved it, cant certainly recommend it for something different.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions!! I certainly have some food for thought...(pun intended) :) :)
