I think these are my top 3 thus far ~ ~ ~

* Snow White grotto - love just standing there wishing away (DL)

AND

* Sitting on the park benches looking down Mainstreet by Walt & Mickey's statue. Either gazine at the flowers during spring or drinking a hot cup of chocolate. (DL)

AND

* New Orleans Square having a soup bowl listening to the musicians (DL)

(If MONORAIL CAFE was still around - it would be having a meal there)

Some memories just never fade!!!:flower1: :daisy:

In Disneyland...

-Snow White's Grotto. Late it gets so peaceful ad it's gorgeous over there.
-Right in front of the castle. To me, it's the best place it all of disney.
-In the middle of Main Street. It gives me the chills EVERYTIME I walk down.
-The train ride around the park. Some parts are so dorky, you can't help but love it.

California Adventures...

-IN LINE FOR CALIFORNIA SCREAMIN'! I love that ride. <3

For me it's:

Anywhere in New Orleans Square or Adventureland in DL, and in the front row for Fantasmic.

For DCA it's pretty much anywhere except A Bug's Land. I had to think about this, but I think that's the only part of the whole place I'm not in love with.

in DL: Before DD we loved to sit in the French Market and listen to the Sidestreet Strutters. Now we like to just walk around and admire all the new paint!

In DCA: We have always loved the Wine Country Trattoria's patio. Watching the people take off on CA Screaming. Watching DD play in Redwood Creek Challenge and on warm/hot days playing with DD in the fountains in Fliks Fun Fair.

DL:

Big Thunder Trail - A great relaxing escape from the crowds.

That fountain by Haunted Mansion - Nice and shady

Main Street - No explanation needed.

DCA:

Grizzly Peak Recreation Area - My favorite area of the park.

Flick's Fun Fair - Nice atmosphere, I just wish it was larger.

DL: Unfortunately this area has been roped off for some time, but my favorite spot was the northernmost seating area of the Hungry Bear Restaurant, between the railroad tracks and the river. Great atmosphere! At least it was when they let you sit there. I think it's cut off as a cost saving move. :(

DCA: Taste Pilot's Grill, with the great theming of Condor Flats and the music from the movie "The Right Stuff" (about the early days of the space program) playing in the background. Good burgers too.

DL- Court of the Angels- back in New Orleans Square- One day we found it and took a picture- next trip (and all the following) my daughter instisted we take a picture by the "twirly stairs"- It wasnt until after she became an angel I learned the name of that particular spot and I think its so totally fitting that her favorite spot (and mine) is there-
I also love people watching from the Partners statue and sitting in "Not the Casa" and usually watching Thunder roll by-

DCA- New fav is Redwood Creek- Very quiet and fun

DL...

Of course, Mainstreet...that's a given

the area b/w big thunder and fantasyland (little back walkway)...no one ever uses it and we always meet characters coming out of staging area near the fantasyland side of the walk.

the big fountain back in toontown...can watch the kids do Donald's boat (why is it all closed off???) and still stay cool.

DCA....

the Boardwalk...feels so different than other areas
the surfboards

and my new favorite spot...the first aid station! It's a gorgeous facility we "happened" upon when DD got 5 splinters in the grizzly play area.

I just love the animation studio at CA. I could sit there all day, watching the clips from the Disney films. The lighting is so cool! I also like the Beast's Library.princess:

Em, I share your favorite spots! I never knew it was called the Court of Angels. It's been my favorite since I first had my picture taken there in 1990. I love all of NOS, but this is my favorite spot.

I also love the Redwood Creek Trail at DCA with all it's nooks and crannies. I love the cave and still laugh thinking about the first time the bear growled at my friends and I. We all jumped and screamed, it was hysterical!

My two favorite spots allow for my favorite DL hobby...people watching!
DL-"The Hub" at the end of main street
DCA- Sitting in front of the "Train" shops

I forgot one. I also love the Pirates loading area. From that spot looking out into the Bayou area, the "outside" effect is so convincing. It's amazing.
