Where is Will Call Window?

Have to pick up the tickets we bought through a 3rd party and wonder where the will call window is?

They're located near the entrance to either park.

In Universal Studios, it is in the pink "Producers Building" to the right as soon as you go through the main "archway"
In Islands of Adventure, it is in the area before the turnstiles that looks like it is covered in sails/tarps, just past the "lighthouse"

Both are well signed.

They replaced them with machines that your credit card might like or not. I had trouble with one machine.
