Where is the outlet that sells disounted Disney merchandise in Orlando?

Someone at my husband's work was telling him that she went to an outlet, off Disney property, that sold all sorts of Disney goodies. Of course she couldn't remember exactly where it was. Did any of you good people ever hear of it? If so, where is it? Thank you.

There are 3 of them - 2 at Belz Outlet Mall located off I-4 and International Drive and 1 at the Premier Outlets on I-4. I always check them out before I buy at the parks.
