Read somewhere (might have been Dis) that you should "check the newsletter" for how to get the mask.

ok just read the newletter and saw no mention of it

I dont see it either but then again i can't even buy the costume it keeps saying purchase cannot be completed or something then it told me to log out and come back then i would be able to see it and i STILL can't....grrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!

in the newsletter it show pink,green,cyan,purple costumes, when will those be available?

I think it will be an upcoming version of the newsletter that will tell us how to get the mask.

(and yes, vmk is aware of the problems with girls buying suits. They know that the purchase can't be completed. They are working on it.)

I have seen a mask on testers before. Clearly you will have to spend several hundred thousand credits building some creation they come up with later. Then maybe if you win you get the mask but they won't tell you that was the prize, and it won't matter because they will then hand them out for free at a staff event later. Sorry slipped back into some sort or Everest ride flashback. I'm ok now.
