I found a thread here, that people "share" pics, to use in your scrap book, some of my pics turned out horrible of my own, so I need to "borrow" a few where is that link, anyone?

Also when you save those pics, I just saved to my MS word and tried to print, I got horrible, noticable lines thorugh the pics, any idea how to get rid of them?

First of all, when you "save" a photo off the web, it's generally a low resolution photo and won't print well, although it will show up fine on the screen. If you want it to print you'll need to acquire a high res copy.

The second thing is, when you print, you'll need to use a new (or at least newish) printer cartridge, and print in high quality on appropriate photo paper. any of those things aren't there you're liable to get LOTS of lines.
