where is the Illuminations FP viewing area?

Where is it and how far ahead of show time should I show up? In all my trips to the parks I've never seen Ilumninations, so I decided that it's a priority this time.

The FP viewing area is right at the front of World Showcase when you walk from Future World.

You can FP it but there's so many areas to view Illuminations from that you really don't need the FP

Thank you. I know that...but my family will find an excuse to not watch it if they don't 'have' to go because they have fast passes. I had to manipulate them a bit.
