Where is the Illuminations Dessert Party held???

I was reading another post and it mentions an Island which usually signifies that you need to take a boat to it. I dont do boats well and this has me a little nervous.

"The Islands" are located all around the World Showcase. No boat needed, you just go through the gates and enjoy

You can see one Island behind the Rose and Crown...there is another one near the Bridge...that leads to France. They are so cool to see the fireworks from because the view is so cool!!
