Where is the High School Orchestra March 12-13?

We are in Orlando this same weekend for UCA Cheer Competition. My younger sister school is making a trip to Disney. FYI She is the same age as my youngest of 4 kiddos. I knew had a orchestra trip to Disney for Spring Break. My dad says it's the same weekend! Yipee, my kids get to see Grandpa!

Of course my dad doesn't know many details other than they are staying at a Holiday Inn where the school booked the kids. My sister will be on the bus the school chartered and he and his wife are driving there. He doesn't even know the venue, just it cost $25 to get in! LOL.

So I figure someone here might have the link to this particular event so I can link up with them easier? I just told him we will come find him.

Many school band performances happen in disney springs in the theater located in the middle near world of disney but there is other spots they could be so it might be best to ask dad or txt her for details.

Yes, I have seen them in Disney Springs, but that wouldn't cost the parents $25 per person for entry. So I am guessing it is at a different venue. WWoS will be full of cheerleaders.
My dad called me from work and didn't know the details and quite honestly, he is not the type to really know the details. He just will follow where the band tells him to go at that time. Heck, he wasn't even sure what hotel he is staying in and he booked it himself because they ran out of rooms. He just said "I think it's a Holiday Inn." He just got the phone number from the band director and band director said if any rooms open he will let my dad know. My dad is paying $150 a night and I told him he can get into Shades of Green cheaper (and that is where I am staying that weekend) if they had availability. Oh and SURPRISE he hasn't told my sister he is going to drive there yet. LoL. They are over protective just a wee bit. They decided they wanted to go "just in case." She does have a lot of severe allergies.

Based on when it might be with the disney youth program for the Festival Disney instrumental performances. (<- link). according to that they get the schedule about 6 weeks ahead of their weekends and they don't appear to have anything posted anywhere that I can see but perhaps someone with castmember website access might be able to find what venues they are using. Also orlando sentinel tends to publish articles on these things but it wouldn't be until just before the date if they do.

Thanks, maybe I will just have to Facebook my sister, but she doesn't know he is going yet... LoL. And we aren't super close. I mean, I am 42 and she recently turned 14 and they have lived overseas for most of her life.

Awesome. I also found the school band has a separate website from the school main site. It mentioned going over the Disney Itinerary Feb 28. So I will tell dad to send me a copy so I can find them. Cheer schedules are already crazy, but I can move around faster than he would so better we go to them. He's already had 3 heart attacks, heart surgery, and gets tired easy.

They handle all the travel arrangements and provide the parks with some free entertainment. (Which likely gets them theme park tickets at a discount that they then sell to the school groups)

Disney has a lot of things under the YES program for school aged kids and doens't surprise me some travel agents who specialize in bands and groups that do a lot of travel sells it.

Yes, I realize this, but did you read the quote below in blue? This company brings in groups every weekend from March to June. If you go to this site it touts itself as a "prestigious competition" then under "who can participate?", it basically says anybody willing to pay.
