Where is the Hertz shuttle?

I'm a little worried about schlepping the luggage onto the shuttle. How far is the shuttle from baggage claim (flying American Airlines). In the past we used National, and just used a cart all the way out to the car (and used a skycap to lug it all in on the return) but National is sold out of cars, and since we have Hertz #1 Club Gold, it means no waiting at the counter, but does mean we have to use the shuttle. Dollar still has cars, and is in the terminal, but we would have to stand in line at the counter. (and we have never used them before-and it takes 72 hours to get the Fastlane membership to go to the head of the line, and if you see my counter, I don't have that kind of time, LOL!)

Whew! Still with me? So, how far is the shuttle, and will it be a hassle with our luggage? (will we need a cart?)

Just downstairs (elevator and escalator) and right outside the doors. Not too far at all.

Down one level and you will always find a shuttle waiting. When you go to return home do curbside check in with your luggage before returning the car.

Hertz is very quick and easy to use at MCO>

I used Dollar 2 wks ago and there was NO line at the counter.

In and out in about 5 minutes.

Good to hear there was no line, because when I finally went to book Hertz, they were out of cars too!
