On behalf of my brother, I am making this thread (he's not really a Diser) because he would love to know where the fettucini alfredo went on the menu at Tutto Italia. The last time we were there they didn't have it and he was very disappointed, and they still don't...does anyone know if they would still make it for him if he asked, or if they have something similar, or WHEN IT WILL BE BACK??? Not like anyone could really know that, but he is editing as I type haha  but maybe someone would know ow often the menus are changed/updated??? Thanks! :)

I suspect it was taken off the menu when Alfredo's ended its affiliation and the restaurant changed its name to Tuto Italia. I'm doubting it will be back.

It has never been on the menu at Tutto. It was the signature dish of Alfredos de Roma.

It was my favorite meal in 'Italy' - I haven't set foot back in the country at Epcot since Alfredo's left. I see you are from Buffalo - tell your brother if he is ever in NYC or Las Vegas to go to Alfredo's there, it is the same restuarant and just as good. The only thing missing is the staff from Italy, everything else is the same! We used to eat at Alfredo's multiple times during the trip, now we hit up Le Cellier in place of it. I hope your brother can find a replacement meal/restaurant that will make him happy.

I so miss it! It was my favorite at Alfredos.

Now when we go to Tutto I order:

Farfalle - bowtie pasta, Italian prosciutto ham, peas, parmesan cream $23

It is not the same, but it is good. It has a creamy white sauce and is yummy :)

I, too, have wonderful memories of Alfredos. Not only was the fettucine alfredo the best I've ever had, but I have vivid recollections of my 5 year old son mesmerized while watching the pasta being made. We obtained the recipe as soon as we got home from that trip, and have been making it ever since (14 years and counting...)
