Where is the best place for steak?

I guess I was saying Coral Reef for a 13 yr old because the steak is good maybe not like your signatures, but the atmosphere really adds to the whole experience,I am sure the signatures would be great for a steak expert but I think coral reef is totally cool where ever you choose I am sure your 13 year old will love wherever you guys go in WDW,hey you cant go wrong in the land of Magic, but let us know where you decide and how it goes!!!

My vote is Le Cellier. I have heard there are better steaks but any time we've gone to LC it's been awesome.

Le Cellier was "so so" IMHO. Just not a top piece of meat to begin with and the cooking is so/so.
Jiko's steak was excellent as was Yatchsman.

We haven't been to the signature restaurants, so my opinion is based on restuarants outside of those. IMO, Coral Reef has the best steak - it's far superior to any other steak I have eaten at WDW, which includes Le Cellier among others.

My girls 11 & 13 concidered Yachtsman to be the best steak they have had on Disney property. They had the chateubriand for two, tender and flavorful. The steaks at YS are large enough that you could easily share one, I think my ribeye was like 16 oz and DHs Porterhouse was huge, like 26 oz.

This April we had filets at both Narcoossee's (our wedding dinner) and LeCellier and brought 18 other people with us for both meals (I know, we're nuts, but it was our wedding!) Everyone in the group that had filets at both places (at least 12 of the 20 ppl) said that the filet at Narcoosee's was the better steak. My uncle who is a meat wholesaler said the one at Narcoosee's was quite possibly the best filet he'd EVER had! :thumbsup2 We'll be back next week to try it out again  Plus, if you do Narcoossee's, you can watch Wishes and the electric water pagent if you book at the right time.

Thanks for all of the valuable information. Since we only have two days I was trying to stay inside of the parks to save time. I was unable to get ressies at LeCellier's, however I did get ressies at Yachtsman Steakhouse. I also got reservations for Coral Reef for another day, as I think she might enjoy the view. All in all, this should be a nice suprise for her birthday, even though it is a short visit.
