DH and I love chocolate cake and we like to try different kids wherever we go.

Is there anywhere in the World that has chocolate cake or really good cake?

Thanks for any help. I would love to surprise my DH with some!

The cupcakes at Starring Rolls at MGM are delicious! :goodvibes I had a vanilla one, best cake ever honestly.

They also have a flourless chocolate cake at The Crystal Palace that is very tasty. :)

I apologize to the over - use of this photo, but it is as good as it looks...

Depending on what KIND of chocolate cake you're looking for, this is at Kona:

The chocolate chocolate whiskey cake at LeCellier. I love chocolate, but never finish dessert. I finished this and wish it had been bigger. I wanted to lick the plate. :lmao:

I am with KatMark, that chocolate whiskey cake at Le Cellier is amazing. I don't typically finish rich desserts and I was the same way, I wanted to lick the plate. And I told dh to get his fork out of my whiskey cake airspace or he was in big trouble!

The cs place in France has some amazing desserts of all kinds of variety. And I have to say, the chocolate cake at the value food courts is usually pretty good, dd and I always share a piece at least once.

The best chocolate cake I have ever had in Disney, was believe it or not, the Caribbean Beach Resort's food court. I dreamt of having that cake for so many months after I left.

Now it's the strawberry shortcake from Mrs. Potts Cupboard. :cloud9: :lovestruc

I would happily take either one of them right now!

Black Forest Cake in Germany in Epcot. My daughter and I thought it was out of this world and hope they still have it there because we will definitely be using one or two snack credits to get it again!!! (last time we shared - might not be willing to this time LOL)

I think I've had every chocolate dessert at WDW and the chocolate whiskey cake takes the ahh well, you know.

hey jersey girl, we did not have a chance to walk through the lands. we are hoping to be able to do so this July. where exactly is this cake located. I really want to try it. thanks!

I love the chocolate wave at coral Reef. It is warm and gooey. ummmm the cherries on the plate are soaked in some type of liquor.

Hi kxmeeh, it was in Germany. From what I remembered, it was in a covered type patio straight back when you enter the country. They had a little stand I found there while my husband was in the toy store (I think) with the kids while they did the kidcot activity in that country. We ended up not sitting in the shaded area with seats but on the wall of a fountain that is right in front of it. My daughter went crazy a year later when she saw a repeat of 'Full House' that was filmed there and one of the characters sat exactly where we did!!

The best classic chocolate cake we found was in the Main Street Bakery. It was about 4 layers of sponge and it was really moist and gooey. The icing in between the layers was very rich, but not too sickly. We had it with some strawberries - Delicious!!
