Where is my park map? UPDATE

I ordered it on April 20 and they said it should arrive in 2-4 weeks. It is now over 7 weeks. I emailed Disney about 1 1/2 weeks ago but haven't heard back from them yet. Has anyone else had this problem? How long did it take to receive yours?

Update: After 10 weeks of waiting, I finally got an email saying my maps are on the way. It was sent out yesterday. Mind you I ordered them April 20. I have since sent them 2 emails, with the last one being 2 weeks ago. Now I just hope I'll actually receive it.

I'm trying to do my maps now...But I can't see how to order them and it's only letting print them, not order them.
I'm so confused

I sent them yet another email. I sent the last one almost 2 weeks ago. 7 weeks of waiting is a long time. I want my maps now!!!

i ordered mine in november of 2006, they sent me an e-mail saying my address was undeliverable, which i didn't understand because it's a normal address, so they asked me to resubmit my address via e-mail. i did. no maps at all. i guess i'm not going to get them for our august trip

I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago and just got an email saying they were sending them out yesterday (so we will see when I get them). I was surprised since I had heard it took awhile to get them. I only ordered MK and Epcot- perhaps there is a wait on the others for some reason?

I got mine last month. It only took 2 weeks from order to receipt!

The Disney website allows you to order a set of customized maps (and they are beautiful! and free!!)

but not because they took so long to get to my house, but because DH proceeded to put them away SAFELY, so as not to lose them and now can't figure out where he put them.
He has been doing this a lot lately. Lost his checks last month and just found them this week, but still no WDW maps. Don't know what I'm going to do with him.

I have whatever Disneyholic's DH has because I keep putting things in "safe" places too ... and they are very safe because I can never find WHATEVER again! But I keep ALL WDW stuff in the computer room so I KNOW if it is WDW, it SHOULD be there.

My maps came relatively fast but I ordered them when the offer first came out. Good Luck all!

I think you can order every 6 months, so if I'm right on that, maybe you can go through the process again?

it does indeed say every 6 months.

Did anyone see this in their FAQs?
