So, I am one of those travelers that watches my flights ahead of time to try to figure out where the flight is coming from so that I can track to see if there are any times it is not on time....... It is kind of a hobby. I also track to see what gates they are typically flying in to so that I can be prepared when I make connections and such......... I know, pathetic......

Anyway, I was on United.com today and I notice they now list "where is this aircraft coming from" on their flight status page....... it's pretty cool... see below

You're not the only one who does this. It helps to check the status of the flight coming in so you know if your connection is on time. Cool that United now includes this information on their site! :thumbsup2

I believe it is something that they picked up in the merger with Continental. At least, I know that Coninental had it before the merger (and United didn't).
