Where is hotel plaza blvd?

We are picking up a rental car at 2305 Hotel Plaza Blvd. Can anyone give me a better idea of where this is located? My brother will be giving my DH a ride to the location. They will put the address in GPS, but I would like to be able to give them a landmark or general idea of where they're going. They will be coming from the Beach Club.

Hotel Plaza blvd is the street that connects E.Buena Vista drive to Apopka Vineland rd (535).E.Buena Vista is the street that passes in front of Downtown Disney.If you're on Buena Vista around the Marketplace area of DTD there will be a left turn to continue on Buena Vista towards the entrance ofSaratoga Springs,you DO NOT want to go that way,instead of turning left the right two lanes will go straight and the road will become Hotel Plaza blvd.If coming from the Beach Club they will leave the parking lot at the BC and be on Epcot Resorts blvd,they will then turn left on E.Buena Vista towards DTD and just follow that,as long as they don't do that left turn around the marketplace the road will essentially become Hotel Plaza blvd.

You probably already realize that's the Doubletree Hotel. It will be on the right towards the end of the road.
