3. Dole Whip in the MK - because there is no other place to get it!

You can get a Dole Whip at Captain Cook's at the Poly.

It's soft serve pineapple ice cream - you can get it that way (called just a Dole Whip) or with pineapple juice in it as well (called a Dole Whip float).

Ghiardelli's in Downtown Disney and Beaches and Cream are the two best places on property for ice cream sundays. Sadly I was not impressed with the garbage pail at the water parks. I would rather spend that money on the two other establishments. I love the Berry at Gs and adore the Milky Way at BC. Although no bad sundays at either place.

As everyone said before Beaches and Cream is Great. Depending on how hungrey you are you should try the "Kitchen Sink". It could eaisly be shared by 4 and still possibly not be finished. It is a lot of fun if you have kids!

It's actually none of those things, it's just called soft serve, but the only dairy product it has in it is sodium caseinate.

In MK you can get it at Aloha Isle in pineapple, vanilla and chocolate. Also at the Polynesian you can get the pineapple and vanilla flavors. It's the pineapple flavor that is generally referred to on the DIS, but IMO it's pretty bland.


For real ice cream, I enjoyed Ghirardelli's in Downtown Disney.

Another vote for Beaches and Cream. We will sometimes make this our afternoon break from the park. Easy to get to, great ice cream and fun to stroll around another part of the world. Generally a quiet place around 3 in the afternoon.
