Where is closest liquor store to SSR/DTD?

The prices for beer/liquor at the resorts is laughable!So I was wondering if there is somewhere within walking distance from DTD/SSR? We also will be ordering from Garden Grocer o how would it work if there was nowhere nearby and we wanted to have them stop for us?Would they send me an updated price after the alcohol was added on?

There is a gas station/quick mart across the street from DTD that is within walking distance. My 21 year old tells me that they sell cigarettes there so that would be the only place I could think of that might have a small selection of alcoholic beverages.

There is a Hess station right outside the entrance to Pleasure island-2nd stop on the bus. They sell beer only and other gas staion stuff.
There is a Liquor about a mile from SSR if you walk down Hotel Plaza Blvd (I think that is the name) it is in a shopping center called Crossroads. I would take a taxi to crossroads. You can also bring your own from home just buy a few smaller bottles and put them in your suitcase that you check you can buy the beer at HESS.... Unless you drink a lot

And that'swhy I fly southwest! I use a sturdy box as my 2nd piece of free luggage- wine, vodka, kahlua, and water bubble wrap and goodtofly!

Follow to the end where the road meets Crossroads Mall. Turn left and about a mile or so on the right will be a liquor store. It is in front of the Winn Dixie Supermart.

If you are looking for more than beer, there is one place I know of. Exiting SSR at the Congress Park exit, turn right towards DTD. At the stop light, turn left down hotel row. Follow to the end where the road meets Crossroads Mall. Turn left and about a mile or so on the right will be a liquor store. It is in front of the Winn Dixie Supermart.

That's the one we always go to!

It is in the Winn Dixie shopping center. It is also opened on Sundays!!

Last time we went to a grocery store/Walmart I thought they all carried a full line of beer/liquor in the stores. We stalked up there when we were getting our groceries. There is a Walmart on International Drive between the toll road and WDW property if you take a left on the way in from MCO about 5 minutes from the resort.

Whatever you do, DO NOT go to the liquor store at Goodings!! Thats where the TGIF's and Pizzeria Uno is. That place is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. Go to ABC!
