Where in the World to use Visa rewards?

I also used my points at the World of Disney to buy souveniers. That way I could get the discount from the Disney Visa card. My mom has used her reward points in all of the parks. We have never had a problem with a store not accepting them.

Does this mean that by using the Rewards card you get the Visa discount? I guess I thought you had to use the Visa to make a purchase to get the discount but if you get it when paying with the Rewards card that is cool!

You can also use your rewards card at your local Disney Store at the mall.

Can you buy disney dollars at the Disney Store, with the rewards? I want to give the kids a few to buy their own pins with etc. in the parks.

We used ours for pictures we bought as we came down Splash Mtn and at different restaurants through out the Parks. I wish I had used the card more often b/c I came home w/an open balance and not many pictures. Live and learn. I assume they can still be used in the Disney Stores? Someone made a comment on that in here. I certainly hope so b/c I don't see us going back to Disney for a couple more years!!

I think it depends on your local Disney Store. I called mine and was told I couldn't because Disney Dollars are considered cash and there is a stipulation that the rewards cannot be exchanged for cash. Others here though have been able to buy Disney Dollars with their rewards card at their Disney Store.

We used ours for dining - we were able to pay for a few character meals and we even used them at the vendor carts - it was really easy

We used ours at Wolfgang Pucks last monthy and have put it on our room charge a few times.

Yes. $30 on your rewards card will be able to purchase $30 worth of stuff. (Don't forget tax!) We use ours up pretty fast! LOL

You can also get them transferred to a card at DD...no waiting for a card to get lost in the mail!
