Correct...DTD and it's a food service. :goodvibes :tink:

Raglan Road?

Is it a kiosk? The one between The Land & Imagination? Can't remember if it has ice cream or popcorn...think it might have water. :headache: :tink:

That's all I was looking for! I'm not sure what it has in it, I just thought it was pretty. :)

one year and we will be back with the mouse :) :cool1::cool1: if i don't break down soon for a weekend trip to California

I know! I always want to bop down to DLP! It's so much easier to deal with compared to DW!

How old is James now?

I'm back!!!

And to be honest....this just wasn't a warm fuzzy Disney trip. Don't get me wrong, I had a great time and I still love Disney, but it was crowded and there was construction everywhere and AoA just didn't live up to the expectations in my opinion. So I think we'll actually be taking a break for the next year or so.

The Wine and Dine was, well, miserable. It was 60 degrees and it rained the whole race. All four of us unanimously voted to skip the after party because we were so cold. Dad ran a 1:43, Mom finished in 2:56, and Joe finished his very first half marathon in 1:47. Me, well.....I sort of voluntarily got swept. The first 2 miles I had excruciating shin splints, and then they got better enough I could run but by mile 6 it hurt no matter what I did. So I just sort of trudged along until I saw the sweeper buses at mile 8, and I got on. Turns out I was only 5 minutes ahead of the Balloon Ladies, so I probably would have ended up swept at the next mile anyway. The good news is I wasn't overly excited about this race anyway, so I'm not disappointed.

Well I hope you took lots of pictures though! :rotfl: Sorry it wasn't the trip you expected; sounds like the weather was miserable. You dealt with cooler temps than we did in the 100+ July heat but we had problems with the rain too. Well...STORMS...not just rain :rotfl2:; messed up our soccer schedule 3 out of the 4 days the girls were scheduled. :faint: But we "rolled with it", changed a few fastpass times and had a ball! :rotfl: The only downside to AoA for me was the l-o-n-g walk to my room :faint:, especially after the day in the park. Food court was always crowded...and loud :faint:...but I was just there for breakfast. IMO it's geared to families with children. As for the construction :crazy2:...what a mess! Totally agree with that point but have to keep the "end result" in mind. I don't think there are to many times anymore when the crowds WON'T be there. Our late September/early October trips USED to be ideal but that's no longer the case either. Good to have you back! Rest up and my guess is in 6 months or so you'll be ready to go back! :thumbsup2 :tink:

That’s what I am afraid off when we go for our family trip. It will be many of my family’s first time at WDW and I am afraid of all the construction and stuff will put a bad taste in their months for any future trios. But it is a year away so I am hoping most of the construction like the HUB and other things will be done by then.

The crowds are a different issue all together I have heard a lot of bad things about the crowds and lines for the rides ever since they introduced FP+.

Be prepared :goodvibes, a lot of the construction will be done but more will be started. Progress. :rolleyes1 Use your FP+ wisely; we didn't have much of a problem but, yes, the lines ARE longer. But...our longest wait (for Jungle Cruise with Ed, which was very "entertaining" :rotfl:) was maybe 30 minutes, Small World about 20 minutes. We used FP+ for our "must do's". I'm thinking your crowd level won't be to bad. Check the levels this week to get an idea. No matter what...YOU'LL BE AT DISNEY WORLD! :yay: :tink:

To be honest, I think even Disney was caught off guard, because they extended park hours just a couple of weeks before we left, and then even added an extra hour in MK the day we were there. It wasn't awful, can barely move crowds, but waits definitely averaged around 40-60 mins depending on the attraction. When Stitch's Escape has a 20 minute wait, I KNOW something is off :lmao:

:thumbsup2 Good start...this is from Epcot and it's associated with a food service. :goodvibes :tink:

France? Chefs de France?

:lmao: Good point! :lmao: The "change" week from fall to Christmas has become popular!

I am just hoping that most of the construction at MK is done same with DTD

I don't think there is anything major happening at Epcot except for frozen ride

and HS is just a half day so it really does not matter

and AK I guess there will be a lot going on there but its all off to the side so should not effect too much

You might get lucky at MK and DTD's garage is done!:yay: As for the rest...at least a couple of years to go there...but the BALLOON is functioning! :yay: :tink:
