Is it a welcome sign? A sign telling you to have a magical day?

Nope. I recognized it from being from the entrance but I don't know any more than that. Is it directions into the park? Is it always there?

This INFORMATIONAL sign is always there. It has nothing to do with Halloween party. It does give directions to the park entrance and does say "Welcome" but there's one more thing it points to.....

Isn't it funny how, as regulars, we walk past things many times but pay little or no attention to them. It's normal for us to do what this sign says to do. In my husbands words, "You can't fix/legislate stupid"...hence this informational sign. This should be a "give away" clue....I can't figure out how to say this without giving you the answer ...okay...some men and most of the kiddos aren't required to do this.
