We are craving a good cheeseburger and fries for our first night in WDW. I'm thinking Pecos Bill in MK... any other suggestions? We'll go anywhere - at a resort, DTD, parks, etc. :cheer2:

Pecos bills is good, but those ra elike "fast food" burgers. If you want a good, restaurant quality burger, try the Plaza restaurant on Main Street, or the burger at Grand Floridian cafe.

I love love love Pecos Bills in MK but I am also partial to the burger at Rainforest Cafe in DTD or the one at Sassagoula Float Works at Port Orleans French Quarter :thumbsup2

Pecos Bill's for sure! But I like the place in Tomorrowland with the singing alien just as much (no offense to any aliens, legal or otherwise).

Pecos Bill, go there everytime im at Disney. I also love using the computerized touch sceens to order food, takes about half as much time as waiting on the lines and i dont think alot of people know about it.

I think the experts here can help with your post:goodvibes

My DD8 thinks America in Epcot have the best cheeseburgers in the park. She likes to put all of the toppings that they have on.

I think most the counter service places have the same or similiar hamburger. I personally have never had Pecos Bills because I'm always there for a chicken wrap.

I liked them all. :goodvibes

We tried them everywhere in Disney and our favorite is at ESPN Club with sauteed mushrooms and cheddar cheese. They are cooked to order, thick, and make for a big meal. Give it a shot -- it's on the boardwalk.

Actually, the best cheeseburger on property is over at ESPN Club. I know many don't know about it, but it is the best.

It is not like the other cheeseburgers in many of the counter or TS restaurants. The quality of meat is better, it's thicker, and the toppings are fresher.

I've had the cheeseburger in most restaurants and agree, for the most part, taste the same. ESPN's is different and you can tell when you see it and eat it, and taste it.

I vote for Cosmic Ray's in MK. Of course there may be somewhere in Downtown Disney that has better, I am not sure.

I've got to disagree with all the votes for Pecos Bill's, or any of the other counter service places for that matter. They all serve a standardized burger thats slightly better than what you would get at McDonalds.

For a really good custom cooked burger, try places like ESPN, Beaches & Cream or even leCellier.

I had a great burger at Yacht Club Galley one night. Actually the whole meal was wonderful, and we walked right in without an ADR.:goodvibes
