Nope! It's at Canada in EPCOT, just to the right of the entrance to LeCellier (we were waiting for a table when I took that picture). And right after that picture, the bear (not sure who he is?) came down the bridge and scared Aly!

That one has me completely stumped! I first thought "That looks kind of like it would be in MGM", but I don't know.
