Where In The World and the Edge of 17

Guess I missed that too, though I was there around that time.

I read about it in my book Realityland (it was a Christmas present last year) and I want to say it was short-lived because a CM was killed in a plane crash during practice, and they pulled the show after only a year or so

Diane-my mom and I went to a play at our community theater Friday night, and one of the actresses was from New Hampshire! Nashua, to be exact. I thought of you :-) I'm guessing her relatives had come down to see her because we heard them talking about how they thought they'd left the snow behind but there was still some on the ground here.

Love all the old photos. I love looking at aold WDW photos. I'll have to scan some of mine and show you. I should go to my parents house and get some of theirs. Those are really old.

Son-in-law asked me last weekend if I had any video from his senior year when he and DD were on the tennis team. "Sure", I said and proceeded to look for it; made the mistake of watching ONE of our DW videos during that search and can't stop! :goodvibes (Still haven't found the tennis videos!) DGD's are loving seeing the "old" DW and Little Bit is full of the "why don't they still have that?" question...she's fascinated with BODY WARS for some reason! :rotfl: I wish you would get some of your parents photos...I'd love to see them! :goodvibes

I LOVED Realityland! It's been about 3 years since I read it but, IMO, a very interesting "look" into the Disney empire! :tink:

Looks like it could be some sort of post?:confused3

:headache: Don't know how to answer the "post question". :crazy2: I'm going to go with "no" but will say this does have a part of it that looks like a post. :confused3 :tink:

I read it about a year ago, but wanted to go back and re-read it again.

Is it one of the old....thingies....I don't know how to describe them, but you turn the handle and look through a viewer and it's a small moving picture type thing.

I recommended it here on WITW probably a year + ago; don't know if anyone else has read it but it's one of my favorite books on DW!

I know what you're talking about but it's not that :goodvibes; think some more. I'd guess this item was probably standard in train stations. :goodvibes :tink:

I saw the show a few times. It only lasted a couple of years
