Main Street is the spot AND you need to search no more! I did the same thing you did on one of your previous photos...took the picture and forgot exactly WHERE on Main St. it was!

I thought I had replied that it is not on Sunset Blvd. according to my map, the Brown Derby is on Hollywood Blvd. So you win!!!!!

Photo has already been doubled in size to get a decent crop, brightened AND there IS a reason it's DARK. (Clue there ) I've already said it's in a park and, SunDial, your "Shot in the DARK" isn't as far off as you might think it is!
