Nice compliment this afternoon from one of the soccer Mom's. They've been dropping off travel bag items for the team and one of them told me she's been using MY photos for all of the recruitment websites she's been placing her daughter on. Nice to have my photos used for something other than posting on Facebook.

Soccer season ended for the boys tonight. They gave it the old "college try" but couldn't come up with the goal to tie and go into PK's. Lost 2-1...and I actually GOT their only goal ...also played some good defense but just not good enough...

Had some strange calls made against them by the head ref too ; ref on the sideline was calling fairly but stupid head guy kept over-ruling him . Let's just say things got a little "testy" on the field...and in the stands (and it wasn't SIL THIS time ):

...sure hope we don't get THIS crew on Saturday! .

DANG ...guess they moved all the snow off the field and stacked it there! How did the game go?

We won 8-3. Steph pitched for half the game and pitched really well. One of her hits was a triple. A lot of errors were made.Hopefully the coach took notes as to which girls belong in which positions and which girls should stay on the bench.

Glad that's done; not exactly the one he wanted but he drew the line at the cost of some of them ; he "downsized" as much as he could. I can't get in the darn thing...need a step stool but it's still not as bad as SIL's. He's going to get those little side step things put in eventually so he doesn't have to "boost" me in!
