You're right Jeff...it was "good" last night. Not so much for Houston and San Antonio who had significant flash flooding yesterday. We needed the rain and I love laying in bed listening to it...as long as it's not accompanied with tornado winds! Total of 4 1/2" yesterday; much needed on DH's garden. Denise...as for lush and green...wait until JULY & AUGUST when our grass turns brown from the heat and the poor trees are covered with dust and lack water! Perfect weather now but FAR from it in the summer/early fall months!

I just paid off my DVC loan. It's only 60 points. But it was like $10,000! Of course I will still have the monthly condo dues which are $30+ and will only go up at the years go on...
