My sister just called and wants me to meet her at the Magic Kingdom on Sunday. I told her I was just there this past weekend. Darn, two weekends in a row a Disney.

lol just for fun one of out couple friends that live in in St Augustine who are building a new home for themselfs keep sending us listing in and around their area

so last night Emily and were on the website looking at homes down there closer to Disney lol

you can get for a brand new build to suite about 2500 + sqft 4 bedrooms ect... its around $369,000CND for us to buy lol

for reference our 1500sqft 4 bedroom TOWNHOUSE is worth about $620,000CND we can sell and buy two places
