Maine was a bit chilly. Had to turn on my space heater on at night.

Brrr...I was wondering how your weather had been with TS/hurricane in the area. Hope it was a good weekend! Ours has been quiet the past couple of days; just finished making Sour Cream Enchildas for dinner for Redstorm. She doesn't request much so was willing to spend over an hour in the kitchen in preparation. The scent coming from the oven is amazing.

I am STUFFED ...YUM! We're all complaining, "I ate to much" ... time for some after dinner coffee and a chapter of a good book.

Just saw this on Facebook ... the "I love Texas" post....

...and I can add that the University of Texas won last night, beating Notre-Dame. The UH/Oklahoma and the A&M/UCLA games were AWESOME! Yes, we love our football in Texas.
