found a 4627 sqft house on land for 3.6 million and its in the middle of farm land and built in 1995 and need a lot of updates
well our townhouse is almost 1600 sqft and units in our place sell in the mid 600K

Aloha Isle is always there but this "food service" is not...because it's a hot chocolate and cookie stand during the Christmas Party. If I'm not mistaken, this "Hot Cocoa and Holiday Cookies" covers the normal menu area...

We are having MISERABLE weather ...it's 65, been a drizzly rain all day, this evening we have fog with .3 visibility and it's 99% humidity! Tomorrow our predicted high is 75 but there's hope in the future! Low on Christmas night predicted to be 27 ... can't wait!

Really nice Fall Athletic Awards Ceremony tonight...and our volleyball girls all looked so pretty! After 3 months of seeing them in nothing but volleyball warmups, uniforms and pony tails it was strange seeing them DRESSED UP!

...and it was Coach Walker's birthday and they all sang Happy Birthday to her!
