First thought is a park; MK~Tomorrowland...maybe one of the "towers" around the stage?

You named it! DD and I were waiting for DGD's to exit the ride....from the looks of the spider webs I'm guessing this could be considered "the basement" but with my limited knowledge of ToT , I needed "the exit" to identify!
