there was a NAKED women DANCING on the TOP of an 18 wheeler traveling down the downtown freeways causing the backup! (Didn't go into HOW she got there! ) IT'S MONDAY...

I'm having a TRUE "Monday"! Severe weather beginning later this evening with possible tornados and heavy, flooding rains. Preceding that weather is STRONG south winds...gusts up to 40 mph today. So I spent part of the morning securing my outdoor "stuff" including bringing back IN a lot of my Easter decorations. Redstorm has a track meet this afternoon and her coaches have put her in the long jump, 400 meter and MILE runs ...on a bum ankle. I'm skipping the track meet to get the Princess from school, get her to dance classes and eventually in bed at her regular bedtime since we're not expecting the track meet to be done before 9-10 this evening. I needed to pick the "lost dog" posters up on Gemini so got that done. Preparing my ribs for the crock pot for dinner this evening only to discover I'm out of chili sauce AND soy sauce. Back in the car to the grocery store and on the way home I hear the Houston headlines at the half hour on radio...terrible traffic backup this morning during rush hour...there was a NAKED women DANCING on the TOP of an 18 wheeler traveling down the downtown freeways causing the backup! (Didn't go into HOW she got there! ) IT'S MONDAY...

Sorry about the weather! Would love to have seen the TV report on the lady on the semi, lol.

Nope! A little "strange" to say the least! A minister stuck in the traffic witnessed the whole thing; his "take"..."the devil made her do it"!

It won't be long Diane...when these severe spring storms start hitting us it usually means spring has arrived. I AM a little concerned though...when 30-40 mph winds from the south carrying Gulf moisture meet 30-40 mph winds from the north with cold air there's usually not a good outcome. All depends on where they "meet"; there has to be 90-95% humidity out there today which is never good either. The air "feels" stormy. It's all part of a "normal" springtime pattern...enjoy your "high" temperatures tomorrow. 50 should feel pretty good for you!
